Looks like Jan Parma’s on a roll, pun intended.

A senior AB Communication major taking up Production track, this 21 year-old has snagged one of the most coveted jobs of every aspiring Atenean filmmaker: director of the Orsem film. But make no mistake, he’s no one hit wonder. His cinematic prowess persists as his short film, MIS-EN-SCENE, made its debut in the 2009 Cinemalaya.

Broadening his behind-the-camera endeavors, he also produces various professional music video shoots outside Ateneo, and is currently a cinematographer for Spinmagic Productions.

Recently, he lent his talent on a short film to advocate empowerment and the significance of registering to vote, entitled “Ateneans voting in 2010”.

Watch out, it’s only a matter of time until he comes to a theater near you.
